The mini Doula sessions are for the parents who have questions and concerns and could do with a confidence boost leading up to your birth. 

 

These sessions are catered to your individual needs.

I provide nutritious snacks, and all resources.

We will discuss:

• preparing your birth map

• pain relief techniques

• acupressure points

• labour positions

• rebozo techniques

• breathing and relaxation techniques

• oxytocin boosters

• post -partum healing

• gentle massage techniques

• meditation and mindfulness

The mini doula sessions are booked from 36 weeks on. In person home visit in the comfort of your own home. As well as discussing all points above, these sessions are hands on with demonstrations of OMP, rebozo, acupressure, labour positions and simple massage for labour.
