01. The Embrace

Compassionate care throughout your

pregnancy birth and postpartum.

For the parents who want all the love, education, support and special doula care.

Initial get to know each other session (1-2hrs)
3 x antenatal visits - including your birth map session(up to 2 hours)
2 x pregnancy Massage/Healing sessions
Labour and Birth
Immediate postpartum care- nourishing snacks and mental health check ins
3 x post partum visits- week 1,2 3
1 x nurturing session postpartum for both you and baby
2 x homemade postpartum meals and nourishing snacks delivered

02. The Bloom

A little more TLC.

Perfect for families seeking guided transformation through pregnancy, birth and postpartum care and

a more involved Doula experience.

Initial get to know each other session (1-2 hrs)
2 x antenatal visits (up to 2 hrs) including preparing your birth map
1 x pregnancy Massage/Healing session
Labour and Birth
Immediate postpartum care and nutritious snacks and mental health check ins
2 x post partum visits- week 1 & week 2
1 x home-made meal and nourishing snacks for postpartum energy delivered

03. The Nest

Foundations of Support.

Perfect for comfort and vital support.

Prenatal, birth and postpartum care without compromising on the important stuff.

1 x post natal visit/ birth debrief (1-2 hours)

Mini Doula Session

The mini Doula sessions are for the parents who have questions and concerns and could do with a confidence boost leading up to your birth.

These sessions are catered to your individual needs Home visit options include nutritious snacks,

herbal tea and all resources.

We can discuss:

preparing your birth map
pain relief techniques
acupressure points
labour positions
rebozo techniques
breathing and relaxation techniques
oxytocin boosters
post -partum healing
gentle massage techniques
meditation and mindfulness
partner support
fear release
becoming a mother and
what to do with newborn

The mini doula sessions are booked from 36 weeks on. In person home visit or zoom meeting options available.
